you set up and start receiving matches from the Central Virginia
Soccer Referee Association. If you are not yet certified please

Congratulations, on successfully completing your United States
Soccer Federation Course. Now that you are certified as a
referee we would like to extend a warm welcome to our ever
growing family. For most of you this is your first time officiating
a sport. CVSRA prides itself with the knowledge that we are
the oldest, largest, and most respected organization in the
Central Virginia Area. We have a wide variety of matches as
well as the full spectrum of referee levels to partner you
with. With over 600 hundred referees officiating soccer in
this area, you will make new acquaintances and learn more
about the game than you ever thought possible.
To get started, CVSRA uses two different
web-based systems to get the job done. The first is a system
called Arbiter.NET, which is what the assignors use to literally
assign the matches. This system is free to our referees, however
only a CVSRA assignor can add you to this system, so please
be patient and you will be contacted as soon as you are added.
The second system is hosted here on our servers called cvsra.com.
This system is used to receive match reports back from the
referees, sort them, and generate reports back to the leagues
and clubs.
